FusionTRAX
FusionTRAX Overview
Delivering design flexibility, TRAX™ technology supports a wide range of cladding systems.
Product Information
In multi-storey framed construction, Fusion’s light steel walling systems are used extensively to create rapid dry building envelopes on a range of building types.
An economic and efficient method of providing facade walls, TRAX™ achieves excellent fire resistance periods of up to 120 minutes, using layers of A1 non-combustible boards.
There are two common types of walling systems – infill and oversail, also known as continuous walling, the Fusion team are expert in both using our TRAX™ technology
TRAX™ light steel frame infill systems are engineered to support architectural features, windows and openings. Additional studs around apertures are engineered with lateral tie backs for brick channels and brackets for facades.
The elements of the TRAX™ primary structural frame consist of a bottom track attached to the floor and a head track fixed to the underside of the floor above, allowing for building deflection.
The Fusion team work with our clients to design the optimum TRAX™ solution for every project. These systems offer easy and fast installation when applied to steel or concrete mainframes.
